Japanese Cocktail Bar Kiss Opens in South Beach

Miami Lifestyle News

Building on the success of the South Beach opening of Japanese restaurant Kissaki earlier this year, the team behind the omakase restaurant has opened a brand new cocktail and tapas bar called ‘Kiss’ in South Beach.

During the day, the location operates as the health-focused cafe called ‘Lilikoi Organic Living’ but by night in transforms into an upscale cocktail lounge that features creative drinks and internationally inspired small plates.

“We wanted to create something unique for Miami,” Joji Watanabe, co-founder of the New York cocktail bar Rokc and head of Kiss said, according to Miami New Times. “Each cocktail tells a story, from its ingredients to its presentation.”

“Kiss is a natural extension of what we’ve been building here,” Kiss owner Gary Kanfer said. “It’s a place for locals to unwind, try something unexpected, and enjoy great food and drinks.”

Kiss is located at 500 S. Pointe Dr., Miami Beach and is open Wednesday through Sunday from 6:30 p.m. until late.
